The location was perfect, very close to Times Square and other important sights.
The breakfast service was notably poor (i did expect more). I waited a long time for a breakfast sandwich one morning. The staff seemed disorganized and slow, leading to a frustrating start to the day.

The breakfast was a real letdown. There were very few options available. It was like the staff struggled to keep up. Some weren't very friendly. The street noise was pretty bad too. Even in a junior suite, it was hard to ignore at night.

The included breakfast was convenient. There was a wide selection of items available each morning. Marie at reception was very cute (she had a lovely smile!). The bedding was very comfortable. I slept very well.
The gym was quite small. It had limited equipment. My room was a bit dark (I think it was the placement of the window). This was not ideal.

the STAFF WAS really kind and helpful. Breakfast had a light but satisfying meal. I loved the wine they gave me, because they knew it was my birthday.

The staff at the front desk was really good! One morning, I needed a taxi very early. The employee made sure I was safely inside before returning to his post. The included breakfast offered high-quality ingredients and a good start to each day.
The gym, while functional, felt somewhat small. It could benefit from a wider array of equipment. There was only one chair in the room. A second chair would have been useful.

The hotel provided free water bottles plus tangerines, always a welcome touch. Two elevators ensured swift movement between floors, a great feature when needing to quickly head out for the day.
