The location was perfect, very close to Times Square and other important sights.

The breakfast service was notably poor (i did expect more). I waited a long time for a breakfast sandwich one morning. The staff seemed disorganized and slow, leading to a frustrating start to the day.

The breakfast was a real letdown. There were very few options available. It was like the staff struggled to keep up. Some weren't very friendly. The street noise was pretty bad too. Even in a junior suite, it was hard to ignore at night.

The included breakfast was convenient. There was a wide selection of items available each morning. Marie at reception was very cute (she had a lovely smile!). The bedding was very comfortable. I slept very well.

The gym was quite small. It had limited equipment. My room was a bit dark (I think it was the placement of the window). This was not ideal.

the STAFF WAS really kind and helpful. Breakfast had a light but satisfying meal. I loved the wine they gave me, because they knew it was my birthday.

really good staff quality ingredients good start functional gym

The staff at the front desk was really good! One morning, I needed a taxi very early. The employee made sure I was safely inside before returning to his post. The included breakfast offered high-quality ingredients and a good start to each day.

The gym, while functional, felt somewhat small. It could benefit from a wider array of equipment. There was only one chair in the room. A second chair would have been useful.

the staff recommended nearby restaurants, and the choices proved excellent. the breakfast had numerous options, enough to sustain throughout the day. i requested an electric kettle and received milk for morning coffee before breakfast..

i was disappointed that coffee and tea facilities were not in the room. this detail would have added convenience.
